    Hi! My name is Rashell. I'm a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing for about 7 years now. I went to school at the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pennsylvania. 

    Becoming a massage therapist has been such a blessing to me. I have suffered from chronic back pain for over 10 years. Taking different courses and trying out different modalities was when I stumbled across what helped my lower back. I learned my problem wasn't just physical but emotional too. 

    Cupping therapy has been effective in helping me overcome my back pain, along with the steps to heal my past through therapy sessions. 

      Now that I have healed I want others to heal physically and emotionally as well. Massage is a great first step in making that happen. 

       Along with Cupping I offer other modalities such as synergy stones, Thai foot massage, lymphatic drainage, amongst others. I am certified in forearm fusion, which helps me to apply a deeper pressure for those looking to alleviate pain and increase range of motion. Though my signature massage is focused on being relaxing yet therapeutic,  it is my belief that each massage should be unique and tailored to the client's needs. 

      One of my favorite quotes is "The mind and body are not separate,  what affects one, affects the other." I have a passion for helping others and believe in the power of healing through massage, to help my clients walk out feeling refreshed,  physically and emotionally.  I look forward to helping more people live their lives to its fullest.
